Sign Up for Kick-Butt Fitness for Summer 2010!Monkey Gym Straps

This year, featuring the use of Monkey Bar Gym Straps, TRX Suspension Straps Balls, Resistance Bands, Jump Ropes and your own Body Weight.  Other tools are optionaly used at the discretion of the instructor.

If you are interested in staying on point and on track thru the summer and need a little support, a friend or two and some motivation, this is the program for you.
  • Four Weekly Classes and Sixty (60) Minutes of Sweat and Fun
  • Bring your energy, mat and towel (for ground work)
  • Bring water for refreshment
  • Wear comfortable, cool clothing
  • Wear running shoes

If you don't think you can handle the fun, take a look at the gallery of all the past participants. All ages, all sizes and all fitness levels can (and have) participated.

All sessions take place in Braddock Park, adjacent to the lake.  MeetUp is at the top of the RoundAbout (facing the lake). All equipment provided by the instructor, except you will need to bring your own mat, towel and water.
