Pilates with Strength

We move the same muscles of the body with strength training as we do with Pilates.  You know that!  With wundaladderPilates movement and a Pilates-Inspired strength training session, we do it with much more grace, control and centered concentration.

In honor of supporting the bodies being created with the method, this Semi-Private Strength with Pilates Movement series is being created.  Utilizing all the studio equipment, body bars, stability balls, inversion hammock, TRX Suspension and of course the Bosu, you will work like never before.   If you think sweating only happened in the gym....wait!

  • utilizing the Pilates Studio Space & equipment
  • PLUS strength equipment (Bosu Trainer, Body  Bars, Resistance Bands)
  • Utilizing TRX Suspension Straps
  • Maximum 3 Persons
  • Shared 60 Minute Session Hour
